Knocknarea/Queen Maeve trail

A steep trail up the front face of Knocknarea, through Coillte forests via sections of raised boardwalk, before arriving at the spectacular summit of Queen Maeve's resting place.

A pleasant walk starting at the beach and leading to the ruins of an ancient church.

A quiet, sandy beach with views of Strandhill Golf Club, a great spot to do some seal watching.
